The practice is organised into specialist studios, one for each building type: hospitals and schools, offices and hotels, houses, malls and factories. In-house teams cover structural design, building services, quantity surveying and visualisation, so most of a project is drawn and coordinated in the Chennai office.

01 · Sectors
The practice builds across healthcare, commercial, hotels and resorts, institutions, residential, government infrastructure and interiors. The archive on this site carries 91 of them.
Work runs across India. All of it is drawn and coordinated from the Chennai office.
02 · Studios
The founder and two directors lead the practice. Below them the work is split into studios by building type, so a hospital is designed by the team that has designed hospitals before.
03 · In-house
Structural design, building services, quantity surveying and 3D visualisation sit inside the practice rather than with outside consultants.
Most of a project is therefore drawn, priced and coordinated under one roof.
04 · Record
The figure covers completed and ongoing work, and comes to roughly 13.9 million square feet across the seven sectors.
